Conference attendees that purchase the full conference with accommodations should bring a credit card at check-in. If you do not have a credit card, please have $300 CAN in cash to deposit when you check into the hotel. Any additional charge requested by the hotel will be billed onto their credit card or deducted from your cash deposit. Otherwise, you will not be billed or your cash deposit will be returned at check-out. BLSAC is not responsible for additional hotel charges not covered in the full conference with accommodations package.
