The Colour Bar: Legal Career & Professional Development Information Session

Black Law Students Association of Canada invites you to join us on July 15th at Hart House, South Common Room at 5:45 p.m. The session is intended to bring together leading legal practitioners/academics with you, our members, to network and gain valuable information about the legal profession. Panelists will cover a range of topics including job search techniques, the application processes/contacting possible employers; what employers may be looking for in cover letters and resumes; preparing for and conducting interviews; expectations and suggestions for dinners/receptions; and advice on professional dress and presentation including correspondence via email and telephone with potential employers and more.
